Called to arrange survey, arrangements were carried out smoothly. On day of survey Phil contacted me to check if survey could be done a little earlier than arranged, which was fine. Phil carried out the survey in an efficient manner, and gave verbal advice on interpretation of report. I received the report by email the following day. In all, a very straight forward and efficient process, at what I thought was a very fair price. Great to be able to support a local small business
